8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

If you believe that any content infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our copyright agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit CET to locate the material;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is infringing and not authorized;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf; and
  • The electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

9. Site Terms of Use Modifications

CET may revise these terms of use for this Site at any time without notice. By using this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms.

10. Governing Law; Venue

This Site is controlled and offered by CET from its facilities in the City of St. Louis, Missouri (United States of America). Any claim or dispute between you and CET that relates to this Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
